    Jews in Armenia? What the Project Aims to Do Traces of Jewish communities in historical Armenia during the Middle Ages are difficult to discern. With the exception of a 13th - 14th century Jewish cemetery found in the Region of Vayots’ Dzor in the Republic of Armenia (to which a separate entry will be dedicated in the future), there are no other clear indications of continued Jewish presence in medieval Armenia.
